For the first time since high school (graduated in '83) I am finally under 200#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still can't believe it!

I got on the scale 3 times to make sure it was the same!!!!!!!!!! These WOW moments are amazing! DH was very excited for me too! It's the first time since this all started that he genuinely looked very excited...and acted excited!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! Not sure what I can do to top this today!!!!!!!!!! Have a WONDERFUL, PEACEFUL SUNDAY everyone!!!!!!!! Off to shower and Church to go sing some more praises!!!!!!! Ruth

wow, that is amazing, I've only lost 14 lbs since Dec 6th. Your my inspiration ! what a role model your children have. Your DH should be excited, enjoy the journey....
