Where do I get it? How much is it? A friend of mine uses it and her hair grows so quickly. I'd love to have longer hair.

Lisa, I buy mine at Walmart in the Vitamin section. I buy Rexall Super Potency Biotin 5000 mcg. I think it costs around $5.00 for a bottle of 120 capsules. It lasts me 4 months. The pharmacist told me Biotin is water soluble so what my body doesn't use comes out in my urine. That's why I buy the highest I can find. I've been taking it since Ronda told me about it and it works!!! My hair fell out so badly I had bald spots underneath. My hair has grown back in soooo thick. I love my hair now and I'll keep on taking the Biotin. ~dori~

Oh thank you so much I will have to get some. I started losing my hair years ago cause of Thyroid meds. So it is thin already. Corinne said Zinc also helps slow the loss.

I got mine at walmart too, definately the cheapest. You can even get it at Hannaford or Rite Aid I think but its more expensive. Just be aware that it doesnt work for everyone. I know someone who was taking it and still lost some of her hair and stuff but good luck to you. Some people were also taking coq 10 to help with it but I dont know about all that either...
