Amazed and so thankful

Yet again guys I am so overwhelmed with what can happen when I don't try to do everything on my own and leave the driving to my Lord. I was almost in tears this morning I have lost 75 pounds since my first consult. I weighed 167 this morning I have not been that weight since I was pregnant with my daughter 11 years ago. I am sitting here just shaking my head in awe. Don't want you to think I am bragging so totally the opposite I wouldn't be here on my own I totally know that. Thank you all so much for the wonderful support.

Kathy!  You have every right to brag!  THAT IS AWESOME!  CONGRATS!  You are looking great and, I bet, feeling great!  WOW!  Can't wait to join you down there!  Ruth

You are doing so awesome. I am so proud of you!  Isn't this surgery just the most amazing thing?  I did a naked jig myself this morning on the scale.  I am now able to finally say that I weigh less than my husband for the first time EVER!!!   I also went on a 4 mile hike yesterday and guess what?  I never got winded.  I just can't believe it.  I am down 60 lbs since I started this whole thing.  Whodathought!! I too, thank you all for you support!  You are all my angel.
