Broccoli Crust Pizza 2 cups cooked broccoli shredded (squeeze out as much water as you can) 2 large eggs 2 cups shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded cheddar 1tsp garlic powder combine all and press evenly into well greased pizza pan or cookie sheet (this makes a LARGE 14 inch crust) sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and basil (if desired) Bake at 450 degrees until browned and bubbly (15-20 minutes)

Looks super yummy!  I wonder if there is another vegetable that would work....Brocolli is one of the only veggies I am not a fan of.

how about spinach, just be careful it is a very wet veggie.. ring it out supper good in clean towel or cheese cloth
