Surgery Time on Monday

Well time is moving along.  I have my surgery time on Monday.  I have to be at the hospital at 10:30 for a 12:00 surgery.

wow, peggy, that is quick, they gonna get you ready before you can say AMen...isn't that amazing, you have to get to the airport 2 hours before and just 1 1/ 2 for surgery. hmmmm???   Good Luck to all you girls, are Honks are all around you...

Oh my gosh that was fast!!!  I'm afraid your weekend won't be a pleasant one but oh it's soo worth it!!!  Best wishes for a safe and successful surgery

Actually my weekend is being so busy I do not know which way is up.  I brought home work to finish before my surgery and I am cleaning house because my MIL is going to be here to take care of me when I get out of the hospital (MIL visit is a good thing she spoils me rotten) LOL

Glad to hear it's going well!!!  Staying busy is the best thing.  MIL spoils you!!  That mus be perfectly wonderful.  Thinking of you

Hi Peggy!  Guess I'll be getting to recovery at the time you go into the hospital!  I have to be there at 545 (am!!!!) and surgery at 730.  I was told I was first on the list!  I hope Dr L is awake!  haha (jk)  I am glad it's early!  Can get back to my room and start walking!!!!!!   Good luck this weekend!  Do you have to do a bowel prep since you've already been on liquids?  Ruth

Ruth, No we do not do a bowel prep (or if you want to look at it different we have been doing one for 2 weeks).  As Jackie said we were given times and then called back with the times changed.  Well it will get here soon.

They called us both then called us back and gave us new times, what a tease huh?! I have to be there at 7:15 and in at 8:45.

Jackie as I am writing this you are just about 24 hours from surgery.  I will be thinking of you. Peggy
