hello everyone.. i see amanda tommrow at 3:00 to see if i lost 10lbs or not so then i can move on to see the dr... she want to see a food log and i been doing on on fitday now i need to see if i can print it .. beside this everything eles is done and i am doing good i think .. i will let everyone know tommrow night when i get back how thing want... talk to u all later and have a good night Amber
