Where do I start?

Have you contacted the Weight Loss Program at EMMC yet? They are the first people I called, actually I called Dr. Toders office and they gave me Lynn Bolduc's number, she is the director of the program. If you haven't already called her yet, her number is 973-6383. They sent me the form I needed to have my PCP fill out as a referral and set me up for the informational classes. As mentioned before, you will need to quit smoking, it's better for your health and they wont operate on you if you're a smoker. I can't give any advice about Atena but goodluck on your journey!!!
