a few years ago, a few girls I worked with went together and had pictures of themselves taken, they were posing with furs and pretty robes. They were beautiful, soft, sexy pictures, that were not very revealing but were absolutely georgeous. I was wondering if any of you would ever consider this for yourself and for you DH or partner. Especially after the long journey you have just gone thru. I am considering it. To be able to look at myself and be able to smile and be proud and pretty. What better gift to yourself. HOw do you feel about this, and would you ever consider it? They do a great job hiding flaws and softnening rough spots...

Yeah I would do a professional photos done more for me than DH though Maybe that is a a good idea for when I reach my goal weight.

I totally agree, and hang it in your bedroom to remind you every day that you "Can" be as beautiful as all those Models and actresses you look at everyday...

it would be so much fun to play dress up. my friend did glamour shots and we had a ball. i didn't get my pics done but i enjoyed watching her go thru the process and her bf loved the pics. i would absolutely do it.

Right before i went to grad school, I had lost 35 # and while waiting for my daughter to finish her modeling classes one day, I went to Glamour shots and had them done. I had a blast, my dh still treasures the classey, business shot and the one in a fur looking over my shoulder at him...smokin' hot!! LOL I don't know, it's a thought!! Don;t know how wrinkled I am under all this weight!! FAt did plump up more than just my tummy, my face was virtually young becuase I was ah full figured.

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

I had glamor shots done once. I was single and looking and spent time on the coputer and wanted a picture of me that was not "too bad" to share. The one I really liked was a leather jacket with gold lamee top. That was the first picture my husband saw of me (before he met me). I would love to do something like that when I reach my goal.

I had glamour shots done years ago also (when I was dating hubby!) He loved them as we were very far apart! (I was in Maine, he was in Washington State) Would I do them again? I dunno...depends on what the ole skin decides to do once I am at my goal weight! Ruth
