kate: surgery question
Good Morning Kate, I was wondering (since you had Loggins) when you woke up in your room after wls, if you were wide awake or kept dosing off. I wanted to take my lap top, but if i'm sleeping the whole time I probably won't be in the mood. How much drugs does the Anestesiologist give you anyway. I love waking up and not being drousy...
I am not Kate but can tell you I was groggy and sick when I woke up Stinking anesthetic the anti nausea meds made me even more groggy. I always get knocked out for longer than I need to be the anesthetic is to strong for my system. Everyone is so different Cheryl it is totally impossible to tell how you will make out. I know when they give you a list of what to bring they say leave personal belongings like laptops at home always a chance of it getting lost ya know.
i was knocked on my ass. i was glad i didn't bring my computer. i napped a lot and didn't have much energy. when i did have energy i was up walking. i never got bored either. you need to rest.

Forget the laptop, I just Sunday started to be able to read again...anesthesia really makes your brain soggy, relax and nap is the best after surgery...you'll be on soon enough.
