Aren't you all just the best. Thanks I am just feeling so much better. I was out working on clearing my patio of the snow lol I know it will melt but I want to be able to start grilling and using the patio again I miss it :-) I worked outside for 80 minutes now that I am not really worried about doing any damage to surgery site. It is sooooo nice outside today.

holy crap! 72 pounds in 3 months? wow! i would have guessed you were further out with such a large loss. you look wonderful! great job!

OWOOO I wish the 72 was in just 3 months that is my total loss since September when I started the process. 44 since surgery though not to shabby for 3 months.
