And the verdict on PB2 is.........

I'm liking it!  It's kinda odd to mix this powder with water and get PB, but it does taste and smell like peanut butter! (Maybe not quite as peanutty as regualar PB, but still pretty good!)  I had a toast with some for breakast this morning and I just made myself a chocolate/pb protein drink!  Talk about good!!!!!  If you like reese's PB cups...you've gotta try it!  I used 1c of FF milk, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, and 2 teas of PB2...mix well!  (234 cals, 32g of protein, 6g of sugar, 5.2g of total fat)                                                        If you gals would like to try the PB2, I can mix some up and bring it to the support group meeting Tuesday evening with some type of crackers.  Let me know!    I give it 4/5 stars (only cuz you have to mix it and it's not quite like "real" PB!)  Have a great day!   Ruth

ohhh, support group??? I need to start writting them down in my calendar.  I will try to make it, we are leaving Wed. morning and I have tons to do, pack for us and for the little man, so I will see how much I'll get done during the day.  I'm sure I'll get it all done.  I'd try it, if you bring some.... sounds like it would be good during liquid phase.... Thanks Ruth

I was dying to know how it was!  I just asked my mom if she is going and she said yes.  She looks a lot like me and I have a pic of her in my profile.  I told her to take a container and bring a cracker home for me :) So if you do bring it I would love to try!  I have been resisting ordering because I have ordered so many things and ended up reselling them.  Which is funny because I am not that picky at all.  I LOVE peanut butter.  I made the pb protein balls and decided I could not make them again...just too good to have around.  And pb is too high in calories this early out.

Amber, PB2 is a powdered peanut butter with less calories and fat (54 cals and 2.8g of fat, 4.3g of protein) You mix it with water. It's pretty good too!  I got it from www.bellplantation.com   Only bummer is you have to order a minimum of 4 jars.  Glad I like it!  Haha

Ruth...I just wanted to mention that I love you! ha ha.  My mom walked through the door last night after the meeting and the first thing I said was "Did you get the peanut butter?!"  I LOVED it!  It tasted like such a treat.  And I made the protein balls before and knew it was gonna be bad like chocolate...so I don't make them now because I don't wanna chance poppin one in here or there.  But with the PB2 I think it would be pretty low cal per ball. I wonder how many tablespoons make a cup? Anyways....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for sharing.  I am ordering first thing tomorrow!
