today, I made DH breakfast, then I am doing a med run at Hannaford, p/u a few fruits and veggies, Walmart to get my trampoline (if they have it), then home to do some laundry, and jump outside on my new toy....pretty boring day, as my weekends usually are. What chu all Doing?

Sipping....pretty much all day My Pastor is going over after church to visit. Hopefully walk a couple of times with my DH. sipping get protein in sipping prepare myself for being alone tomorrow...when dh goes back to work oh and did i mention sipping LOL

Have fun with the sipping Kate! Good luck too! Sunday...hmm....Just got home from Church, started some laundry. Take the girls to see the pitching coach in a little while then home to take some "BEFORE" pix. I wasn't going to do them, but after seeing everyone on here and how much they've lost...I don't want to regret not having taken them!! ( I hardly have any full length pix of myself cuz I am just too "camera shy"!) Hope you all have a great Sunday!!!! Ruth

Ruth, Make sure your pictures are from front and side. I got mine this week and took a good look and boy is that giving me incentive to stay on my liquids and not "cheat". My avitar is a croped version of my front shot. It will be along time before I am willing to share the before pics but I am glad I did them. Peggy

So totally special, but when you consider our church has about 15 members, not all that hard to score a visit after surgery!! He is going to stay for lunch and I made my special egg salad and tuna salad, he can choose... I love water, Crystal light flavors so it is not a problem to hydrate once I can drink more normally. I feel pretty good today. Only 3 more days of shots yay, go for blood work tom and see CMBC on Thursday(i think).

The kids and I went to church. 1st time I have been in a church in 11 years. What an awesome bunch of people. Kids went to Jr Church and had fun. Its about time they have the chance to know Jesus the way I do. I am also trying to help them get past the negative views on Christianity their father has. I want them to make their own decisions built on the truth. :-)

Cheryl I remember the link you posted said "not available in stores" but had free shipping to store. So you order and pay online and it's shipped to your local store for pick-up. When I get things that way it usually takes 1.5 to 2 weeks. It can be shipped to your home for around $15.

Hi, I got the trampoline today at walmart, BUT, it didn't have the handle bar, but it was like $30 cheaper, I caved in and got it. It is still in the car tho, oppps.... I"m going to get it right now. bub bye
