Are you talking about a full size outdoor (I'm hearing your homeowner insurance premium going up, up, up) or a mini trampoline? My brother has a full size and he and his kids have a blast with it.   I can loose my balance just walking a few yards so trampolines scare me but as I understand it both are fantastic excercise...just warm up first.

Oh...and it's easier on your joints than a lot of other cardio exercises.

Maybe not the same thing, but I went on a water trampoline last summer....long story...but I won't be going on this summer while we are at camp!!!!!    ouch!    That's one of the many reasons I am going to have WLS!!!

I was thinking a small one, because I dont want the insurance to go up, but affraid I will fall off of it, I had a hard time walking on the treadmill without 100% concentrations.

Thank God I'm not the only one that has problems with treadmills. I loose my balance quite easily due to hearing loss. Google mini trampoline and you'll find warm-ups and workouts.

Maybe a small one would be easier, but I have no balance so I am not a good judge!  haha  Good luck!  Be careful!

We bought a big one with a cage for the grands and our home owners insurance made us take it down...an "attractive nuisance" they would not insure us with itin the yard. So mad cause they love it. I had a small exercise one  100 years ago, now they make them with handles that are alot safer, you don't go flying off into the V formation so easily. HonkHOnk

It was magic when she realized who she had become...
