SINGLE DIGITS!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning everyone!!   I just realized I am in the single digits on how many days to wait before surgery!!!!!!!        9 days left!!!!!   WOO HOO!!!!        Jackie and Peg, are you getting as excited as I am?????     Have a great day everyone!!!!!!!!!      

I woke my husband up at 1 and told him only 9 days left .  Lets just say he was less then excited but once he is awake and I tell him he will be better. 

Glad we have people here to share the cool stuff with.   Hubby wasn't too happy I woke him up and told him that this morning too!  hahaha!!        He'll get over it! 

OMG Ruth, hehehe, you must be ready to go, good for you, you deserve it, you've worked sooo hard.  I can't wait for you.  So happy you are with us here to share your journey.  have a great day, Cheryl

Good Morning!  I'm so excited for you guys.  I'll be thinking of you.  i'm sure the nex t9 days will fly...hopefully.  I've the 14h circled on my calender and  I'll be praying all goes well for the three of you

OMGravy-can it be that quick??? Memeber when it didn;'t seem like you'd ever get a date and now whamo, it is almost here. I counted down..the last saturday, the last time in church before...my last day of work... and now I count firsts!!

OMG....SO EXCITED!!!!!!  Im surprised because I thought it was going to take forever for this to go by but its really going by very fast...and we all know the weekend will fly by so before I know it it will be Monday anyway!!! At support group a few weeks ago we were talking about what insurance we had, and it turns out Peg and I work for the same parent company so we have been emailing eachnother during work. Its been really helping me so much having someone else going thorugh the liquid diet at the same time. Yesterday was very hard for me, it was my 4th day....Im a day behind Peg because my nurse wrote on my paperwork to start April 1 for some reason? So if what she says is true I should be in the clear because Im now on day 5. The slim fast low carbs are really helping me because they are so heavy but just like she said my sense of smell is super in tense when it comes to food. I swear the other night driving home I could smell what everyone was cooking for diner as I drove by!! 

This day is going very good.  My husband today is doing drinks with me (although I am sure he will sneak some "real" food at some point.)  Day 6 is so much easier than day 4.  Hopefully it will continue like this until surgery LOL.

WooHoo Ruth, Peggy & Jackie!!! You all have the same surgery date! Just call me blonde, I didn't realize it until this post. lol You will have each other to go through this wonderful journey together. We'll all be counting the days down with you guys. ~dori~
