Liquids day 5

I am doing much better today.  The last two days I have been "hungry" I know it is not that I needed to eat but my body wanted to.  And it was so funny because it was hungry not for a specific item just hungry for food. Today that is gone.  I have heard that the 3rd and 4th day are the worst and if that is so than I am thankful. I am checkiing my weight at the Dr. office on Monday to see if I have made the pre-surgery goal that I have set for myself.  I want to be below 384 before surgery because that gets me out of what is called end stage obesity (bmi >59).  I will keep letting you know how it goes. Peggy P.S. My sense of smell when it comes to food has sharpened.  This weekend should be interesting with my husband cooking (for him) while I am in the house.

I had to stay out of the kitchen when hubby cooked for kiddos for about a week the smell of food made me feel icky. Thankfully that went away. We have been making lots of chili and I hate or hated spicy foods. go figure. It sits really well in my little tummy and cause its spicy I don't eat to fast lol.

Good luck with meeting your goal.  This has to be hard but you are doing great!  Keep it up!  You can do it!  Honk!
