1.- What is your earliest memory? My earliest memory is of having to have surgery on my eyes at the age of 5. They did not have any available rooms on the pediatric ward, so I was assigned a "private" room right near the O.R. wing and my mom stayed with me. After the surgery the nurses (who had heard I was a singer,) asked me to sing a song for them. So....with my eyes still bandaged, I sat on the side of my bed and sang "LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH" 2. - Who was your first love?  Never really had a "first" love as I didn't have an abundance of friends growing up. (Having bad eyesight my mom was OVERLY protective.) I tell my husband to this day that the best thing about attending New England Conservatory was meeting (and finally) marrying him! It's been 24 years and counting! 3.- If I was a plant, what type of plant would I be?  That's a tough question as I enjoy ALL types. If one had to really choose, I guess you could say...a rose. It was my grandmother's favorite. She passed away when I was 16 and I miss her to this day. 4. - How did you find ObesityHelp.com ?  I had "heard" about it at Dr. Loggins office as he has copies of the magazine available to look at while waiting but....actually, it was my friend Lori (loris_story) who brought it to my attention after surgery and suggested I take a look.  THANKS again.....Lori! 5. - Childhood Nickname.  Well......my dad called me "Sweetheart" all the time. (I was an only child ) and we had an elderly gentleman family friend who called me ANN-IE  just to tease. (To this day, I can't stand the name!)  I also got a nickname from a certain friend (ie. Lori) when we were together in high school all those years ago. LOL. You all know it.......LEPRECHAUN. I'll let HER do the explaining on THAT one ! LOL Anne

1. What is your earlist memory? my 5th birthday when I got a pony 2. Who was your first love? a golden retriever named Rip 3. If you were a plant what kind of plant would you like to be?  at this very moment I'd say a snap-dragon, I've been snappy all night and my poor kids are getting the brunt of my bad mood 4. How did you find ObestiyHelp.com? google search for support groups 5. What was your childhood nickname? my Dad called me "Puss Gut" what a way to grow up huh

1. What is your earlist memory? I was 3 or 4 and my dad was a truck driver, I remember him coming in and kissing me on the forehead.  2. Who was your first love? Derrick M, we went to summer camp together, after 4 years I finally told him how I felt, and I lost a great friend.  3. If you were a plant what kind of plant would you like to be? I would be a Cactus, I can still grow in the worst of conditions.( or at least I would like to think I can)  4. How did you find ObestiyHelp.com? My surgeon recommended it. 5. What was your childhood nickname? Mean Joe Green. My maiden name is Green and in elemetery school I was 5" taller then any other kid in school. have a great weekend

haha bethany, my son's nick name (from his first grade teacher, was "Jolly Green Giant"  He was huge compared to all the other kids and wore a green shirt, often I guess???

1. Earliest memory:  walking around with patches on my eyes after eye surgery, I was about 2 1/2 2. First love:  Raymond B...what a cutie, dark hair, dark eyes 3.  Plant I'd like to be:  hhmmm...   I think a Christmas Cactus 4.  OH: Dr Loggins office and then at the support group, everyone was excited about it 5.  Childhood nickname: many, many: Toots, Roof, Ruthie-baby, Baby Ruth Have a great weekend everyone!

Who was your first love? i was never in to boy untill high school . then i meet my hubby  John R online (yahoo) lol ya i know .. but we been together 8years ..   3. If you were a plant what kind of plant would you like to be? Sunflower because that was my cousin fav .. 4. How did you find ObestiyHelp.com? i was looking up wls stuff and found OH..  5. What was your childhood nickname? well as a child my family called me BAM BAM  and when i got to high school a few friends come out of no where with amberdextrist or dextrist so  to this day i am still called dextrist when i a see friends ... Sorry I haven't been around much this week. Things are nuts here. Even tho it's Saturday here are my Friday 5. 1. What is your earlist memory? I think I was 3 and my dad worked nights and slept during the day and mom left me with my oldest sister (who must of been 9 or 10 at the time) while my dad slept. I wanted to watch cartoons and my sister wouldn't let me so I ran away from home. lol My grandparents lived on the road behind our house, about 1/2 mile away. I started walking to go live with them. While I was walking my grandfather drove by and turned around when he saw me and pulled over and told me to get in the car. I told him "my mom says I can't talk to strangers". I didn't get in the car, instead my grandfather drove behind me all the way to his house and then took me home. When I got home no one knew I was missing. Boy did I get my butt spanked. lol  I'll always remember how wonderful my grandfather was and how much that spanking hurt. lol 2. Who was your first love? A boy named Jerry, his parents were friends with my parents. I like him from the time I was 7 until I was 14 when I finally went out with him, then I knew he wasn't the boy for me. lol  3. If you were a plant what kind of plant would you like to be? A white rose, they're so beautiful! They're my favorite flower.   4. How did you find ObestiyHelp.com? I googled WLS looking for support sites and found it. And I'm sooo happy I did. 5. What was your childhood nickname? My younger brother called me Dorky Dori
