definately take those pain meds. you don't need to be a hero. they are there for a reason. rest as much as you can. walk as much as you can and sip all day long. i actually took a water bottle to bed with me and sipped from there. first 2 weeks are tough then it's smooth sailing. welcome to the loser's bench! glad you are home safe and sound.
