journaling, dieting, hungry, water, exercise, and hardly any loss, I'm hopeing the band works and will make that little difference I need, cause my body is on hold....maybe I should do another liquid day...like i said yesterday i'd be happy with 1/2 lb. loss.  Hope Dr' don't change his mind...I'm walking in the MS walk next Sat. 5 miles, that's a big bite for me, lets see if that makes me loose a lb....

I know everybody is different. How many calories are you getting a day and how many grams of protein. Have you been trying to get the 60 to 80 grams of protein a day?? If not try upping your protein. If you are getting 1000 cals or under you should be losing. I know Corinne told me between 12 and 1300 a day but if I had done that I wouldn't have lost pre op. I went with 1000 mostly under. Don't give up you can do this. Eliminate sodium as much as you can. you could be having issues with retention. HONK HONK!!! You will do fine.

I'm doing exactly what Corinne told me, but I might be like you, and should drop to under 1000... I'll try that for a few days and see what happends, I used to drop weight like it was nothing... I'm ready to start cutting some off.... hehe, thanks Kathy

just be careful going under 1000. you don't want to put your body into starvation mode. just stay consistant with your intake...do what corinne told you. it will come off. you need to stick with it for a while. hang in there. he won't change his mind. i gained 4 pounds after approval and they still did my surgery.
