Glad to see you are out and moving about.  I am trying to minimize what I can too.  I went to the gym 5 days last week...was quite impressed with myself.  (Although I have to admit 1/2 the reason I want to go is more for a break from the babies than really wanting to sweat).  Yesterday I went to the gym for an hour, came home and loaded up the babies and walked the neighborhood a couple times. I am not seeing the scale move as much as a lot of others I have read, but I can see the difference in my clothes big time.  I started with a 30/32 top this fall, went to a 26/28 before surgery, bought a 22/24 after a few weeks and just got an 18/20 yesterday.  I'm even wearing my (stretchy) 16 pants---which is awesome since I had a pair of 22's at Thanksgiving. So I am not letting the scale get to me...although I do get a little annoyed.  I lost 3 pounds this past week.  I need to lose 3.5 more so that I can say I have lost 30 since surgery.   If I can do it before April 11 (which I know I can), that will be officially in 2 months. Look at me derailiong your thread!  How has your loss been?  How are your clothes fitting?  Have people commented or noticed?

Tanya, ?? you lost 3.5 lbs last week and your not happy?? I'm lucky to loose 1/2 lb. a week.  I'd be flipping out with 3.5..  it all adds up, y'll be at Goal by this time next year, and time will fly by.  Look its been 2 months already.... Your doing awesome, and your exercise routine is awesome.  I need a kick...  keep up the great work... both of you...........LIsa, you too.   HOnkkkk

i started at size 20 tops and bottoms. i'm now in a baggy 18 and size large tops. blows my mind. i had to buy bra's and panties this weekend. i've gotten some hand me downs so am wearing them for now. when i have a special occasion i will buy a new outfit. otherwise i'll deal with baggy clothes.

i'm down 36 total and that's 26 since surgery. i'm 196.4 as of yesterday. i weigh every day several times a day but only count monday mornings weight.

i have been getting compliments. i work with about 60 people and they are all very supportive and have been so sweet.

i'm so happy to be on food again. last night i had salad with chicken. didn't eat much but boy did it taste good. chicken set hard though so can only eat a little. fish set much better in my pouch.

you're doing great too. keep up the good work. i think what you're experiencing is normal. i bet you see a big loss soon.

It is easy to let this dreary weather get us down. But any kind of exercise, inside or out can make it better. Nothing makes you move like some good tunes. Great job Bethany

I think you are both doing awesome!  Any weight lost is good weight!  I'd love to get outside more and walk, it's just so hard when I have to work late, feed the kids, help with homework, and get everyone off to practices and scouts by 6-630 and picked up at 8!  Somewhere in there I need to get groceries too! haha..not happening tonight!  I can't wait until the daylight lasts a bit longer and school is out!  I'm gonna wish spring away!  Sorry!   Keep up all the great work you two!  You are awesome role models for us soon to be on the losers bench!!!!
