suggestions please AGAIN !!

I am looking for a small individual protein drink (pre mixed) to bring with me to Boston, do you have any suggestions.  I was looking at Ensure, Boost today, but was affraid it wasn't right.  the boost had 240 cal. and only 10 proteins, is there others that are lower in cal but higher in proteins?? I want some choc. not those sweet things, do those bullets come in choc??

Good morning Cheryl, At GNC they have a product called (I think) World Wide 35 (has 35 grams of protein).  Low sugar, carbs etc.  All flavors are really good, no after taste.  My fave is the Chocolate and Banana Cream.  Comes all premixed in a can like soda.  They also have a product called Lean Body, pre-mixed, but I have not tried it yet.  I use Micellar Milk and people on the boards have said it taste just like it.  I love the Micellar Milk but have to order it and shipping can get costly so when what I have is gone I plan to try the Lean Body. EAS has a chocolate, vanilla, strawberry protein shakes. they are called advantedge. they are 11 oz. i get the light version. they have them at hannafords and walmart. they are inexpensive and are great for on the go. i think you can look them up online too.

Super Douper, thanks guys, that is what I want.... I get a little anxiety when I look at the grams and things, they are all so different, I'd rather just get what is suggested then get all worked up with the decisions. I"m so bad at numbers, and my DH actually has named my illness when people try to explain something to me, like insurance or investments, I just shut down!!! He tell's me the Walls have gone up, and he is so right.  I'm glad I have you guys as my accountants. hehe..

Cheryl try the Slim Fast Low Carb Diet shakes they are 180 calories and 20g of protein with very low sugar.  My only complaint is they only come in vanilla or chocolate ~ I LOVE strawberry.  Also Atkins advantage is really good and it comes in strawberry.  I think it has more calories but again 20g of protein with low sugar.  Good luck!!!

My suggestion is Low Carb Slim Fast.  Each can has 1 or 2 grams of sugar and 20 grams of protein.
