I had to go shopping for bra's and undies this weekend. Just can't wear the old one's anymore - too big. I can tough out the jeans but not the undies. Anyway, while at Walmart I bought 2 five pound weights. No big deal. Well, the cashier put both of them in the same bag. Again, no big deal. Then I picked up the bag and thought damn this is heavy. They I thought damn I've lost nearly 4 bags of these! No wonder I am so damn tired all the time. Puts things in perspective!

its true isn't it... can you imagine carrying that weight up stairs.  I carry my dog up stairs every night, he is old and lazy... and he weighs 32 lbs. I can barely make it to the top. can you imagine, loosing 100 lbs. wow... great work LIsa....

It's amazing how putting it into perspective like that makes it so wonderful!   You are doing so great!  I think, because we see ourselves in the mirror everyday, we don't see the changes as much as those who see us 1-2x/month.  It's great to get a different perspective and see how far you have come!!!!!!!   Keep up the great job!!!!!

Kathy, I started taking iron and that seems to help a bit. I find on the weekend I just want to crash. Yesterday I slept most of the day but then again I'm fighting a cold. I do know when I go for walks it's much easier and I can do my mile quicker.
