addicted

I find myself addicted to Wasa crackers with hummus and sliced turkey and lettuce... HOw long after WLS will I be able to have wasa crackers again??  well, busy day, off to bring the Dog for his annual dr's visit... old man !! 

you can have humus 2 weeks out on the pureed stage, crackers and lettuce at 6 weeks when you can have anything. sliced turkey at 4 weeks out on the soft foods stage. do you have the same stages? did you find that out?

hi LIsa, no I looked thru my folder and everything in there is for the RNY, so I will have to ask at my pre op meeting.  that is why I wish there was at least one Band person on here from Loggins.  I"m lucky to find one with any other dr at this point.  I'll just have to wait....thanks anyway...hehehe
