Me on an exercise Bike ????

Saturday I bought a exercise bike at Brewer HS yard sale. It was $5.00. I got on Sunday night and I did 5 minutes and was tickled so did 5 more minutes. So I got on this morning and did 10 minutes and I will do 10 tonight. I plan to do it morn and eve and then increase my time. My titanuim knees are just a working. Me on a bike when I use to be in a wheel chair! WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is an amazing accomplishment. I'd need a bike with a big seat. My bum hurts when I ride bikes.
