well, after going out to dinner with sister in law, I told her about my WLS.  she took it very well, after I said I am only telling you this cause I need your support, and if you can't give it to me, then I dont' need to hear negative things.  so anyway, it went well,  lets all wait and see.  I can't wait to loose weight and wear a size 12 like her. hehe.... well, I'm due for a nap, was up till 1:00 am playing cards last night and tonight got a hockey game in Lewiston "Bruins Oldies".... with my little man... zzzzzz  Have a good evening....

I bet you feel a great sense of relief.   I've kept out of this discussion but it was very obvious you didn't want to hold back so I'm glad you found the strength to do so. I haven't told anyone except my boyfriend.   I'd like to tell my children however I wouldn't expect them to keep it from their partners and I don't feel they will keep it to themselves. That's why I haven't posted any pictures, posted my name or any details. I'm not comfortable with the "world at large" knowing. But that's me and God made us all different with different needs. I'm glad you did what you were meant to do.

Cheryl....hope it's a relief and I hope she can be supportive of you!  If not, distance yourself and it's her loss.  You need encouragement, not bummers!  Hope you have a fun day!  Enjoy the game!         

Cheryl, That's great that you told her. And you told her how it was going to be. lol Now if she is negative towards your WLS you have a reason to hang up on her or to walk away. And you know what, I bet when you are all done with your weight loss you end up smaller than a size 12 and smaller than her. Now won't that really **** her off. lol ~dori~
