I was up all night last night, by now, You must know me, I get stressed out of small things, I have too much time on my hands I think either that or I like the turmoil.  What you think Kate?? hehe... anyway.  after reading your suggestions yesterday, I think your right.  Why does my sister in law need to know.  All she needs to know is I"m on  a Diet.  She and her sister (lives in Fl and coming up this summer) are VERY opinionated, and will dig and dig even if it is hurting someone.  LIttle sarcastic remarks will fly all day long.  Then when I get upset, they say they are just kidding.  (I am very sensitive)... so If I don't want to take these digs all summer, I should just choose not to tell them.  Maybe in a year or so, I'll say something, after they have complimented me.  Then I will be prepared.  I"m just affraid it will slip out, my kids are very close to them and talk to them often. so??? that's my decision and I"m sticking to it. Funny thing is they think by saying things like "you know, instead of eating that pizza you should eat  this piece of dry chicken or something like NOW you should go for a 2 mile walk, that that is support.  I don't take it as support I take it as a sarcastic remark that I didn't ask for.  how would you take that?  am I just fat and jealous?  Thanks for all you help...

cheryl, you need to do what is right for you. i am sensitive too so can understand and appreciate your decision. stick to your guns. what you are doing for yourself is healthy and wonderful. sh*t on them if they can't appreciate your efforts for a healthier life. some people feel it's their duty to be nosey and opinionated. just ignore them and concentrate on you.
