I was jus****ching the today show, and they were talking about larger mid sections and how it affects alzeimers (sp) anyway, they were saying that sleep depravation is the #1 cause of obesity. that people who are lacking sleep are more hungry.  Hmmmm, interesting don't you think??

Hello ladies!  I've worked with bunches of Alzheimer's patients....and I haven't found a pattern with body type.  (But what do I know?!?!)  It's good information but I take it all with a grain of salt (as the old saying goes!).                             The sleeping and being hungry thing I can relate to though (very scientific aren't I??)  I tend to want to munch more when I'm tired.  Wonder why that is?    (Brain is tired so it needs more carbs for energy???)
