ok girls i need help

I need to lose 10 lbs for befor middle of april and i done all i can.. i been eatting  under 1200 calorie a day and swimming for hour to 2 hours a day .but not sure if i have  lost any as of now so i just wanted to give my self a little boost with the liquid phase.. i thought about the liquid diet .. but just not sure what i should be doing . Please help if u can .. oh sorry for going on on about this i just want amanda to see i can do it and i been doing it lol ..well thanks for all of your time ....   Amber

Amberlee, sounds like your doing everything your suppose to do,  I bet once you get on the scale you'll be surprised.  Sometimes you just need to keep it up and not give up.  You'll see this will all pay off in the end.  good luck....

Not sure what your sodium intake is but limit that as well as sodas if you have not already. Up your protein if you have not already with trying to keep it all as low a fat as you can. Sounds to me like you are doing just fine though.

Also are you geting enough liquids?  If not your body may be holding water.

Your body could be in starvation mode... try doing major intensity when working out and only going for 20 min twice a day... that change up alone might kick start your body too.

hey Kat, any news on the sleeve yet?? anything new, where you at in your journey? HOpe you get what your looking for.  Keep us up to date, I'm interested in infor for the sleeve, just cause there isn't anyone here, that I know of with one.  is it done anywhere in maine??

I've been sticking with high fiber, high protein, low calorie, low fat foods.  (try saying that 5 times really fast!  haha)  Everyone is so different and our bodies react so different that it's hard to say...what works for one person doesn't always work for another person. Make sure you are getting your protein and fluids and things will work out.   Just don't give up...keep working on it!  You're doing great!

oh i am so not giving up.. i been going by the diet book amanda give me and this time around i cut back on portein becuase i gained 3lbs.. But i was doing as amanda said too ... i stoped soad way back in july of 2007 .. when i go food shopping i take hours lol i make sure everything is where amanda said it need to be .. so i just hope i lose this time and not gain like last time lol ...well thank everyone ..    Amber

The liquid diet that I went on as of the 14th was 4 protein shakes a day,60-80 gr of prot, 400-600 calories a day, 40 minutes of exercise 4-5 times a week, and 48-64 oz of other fluids. I lost eight pounds in 11 days. Don't do this without your NUT knowing tho, we are all different, I never would have done this without being told. Iwas whining at 1100-1300cals per day I kicked up my exercise by doing 2 -20 minute workouts a day on my gazelle, harder for you if you are swimming for exercise. You still have 2 weeks, call your NUT and ask her what to do.

I noticed you had Clough. Why do you have to loose 10 lbs? I was just wondering he did not say I HAD to loose anything and I was 479 lbs then .
