Lawyer update

All went great, we probably will not be counter suing due to the fact that this idot has nothing and we won't get anything except for a $5000 lawyer bill.  but he certainly has no leg to stand on as far as his small claims case against us.  So that being said, the Lawyer is writing a  nasty letter to him to scare him and say he has no case, and alot of the things, ie: contract and ethics were illigal.  WE have so much evidence against him.  So, he will be telling him to drop it or we will be pulling some big  ass case against him. he will give him 2 weeks to drop it.  So much relief on our part, was so wonderful hearing reasurance that we are right and that he has no chance in hell.  So on that note, I am sleeping well tonight, thanks for all you support.  we got home and my dh just called a new contractor to finishe our room, ahhhhhhh !!!
