6 month appt tomorrow!

I can't believe that I'm already six months out! WOW! I'm eager to get the results of my blood work too. I really hope that I don't have any deficencies but after a 3 day headache this week I'm wondering if something might be "off" or something! We'll see! Also frustrated with not losing any weight in like 2 weeks. Since I've joined Curves the scales just refuse to budge! ARGH!!!

congratulations Summer... I'm sure you must be axious to find out about your bloodwork.  That is like crossing your T's and dotting your i's and knowing everything is going perfect.  Good luck  and as for exercising and not loosing you know that is very very common, its a fact.  it will take a few weeks to kick in.  Just keep up the fabbbbulousssso work...

You'll do great!! I had my 6 month check-up on the 13th. My vitamin D was low but other than that everything was fine. I'm not really losing anymore weight either so it might be a 6 month thing. Good luck, Cheryl

I am sure they will be thrilled with your weightloss!  You have done so well.  I bet you are gaining some muscle from curves or maybe your bosy is retaining water because you are losing some during your workouts. Let us know how it goes!

Summer, Time flies when you are having fun!!  My weightloss has slowed down quite a bit as well.  Keep on going to Curves,  you will be losing again soon! Just takes a bit things to kick in gear.
