Rollerskating...

I was watching this new show last night on TV. Their was a segmaent on rollerskating! OMG!! I havent done that in ages!! When we were in Junior High we went religiosly every weekend!! Thats one of my goals.....to go rollerskating! At this weight Im so afraid to fall...and not be able to get up! But I just realized today that I want to make that one of my many goals!! Wow brings back memories of the Rollerdome in So Portland, we went everyweekend, I had my own skates and my boyfriend and I had matching black and orange pom poms on the laces. Westbrook opened a legion hall or something in the downtown area and we skated dodging the support poles, it was a great wood floor but tight turns and those darn posts. Hahaha, thanks for the memories! I loved it.

OMG, I was just thinking of how much fun that owuld be, they rent out for parties. would that be fun for our get together?? probably not for some. OH, just a thought...

Missy, I have been thinking of doing that again myself!! I used to go to Happy Wheels on Warren Ave all the time when I was in grade school. I remember going to a birthday party for a friends son about 6 or 7 years ago. I got the skates on and couldn't even move. My knees and legs were too weak. I am going to try it again. So let me know when you are ready!!
