tentative surgery date

Crystal just called and gave me a tentative surgery date of April 21st my big bro's birthday, Great day!! It's a monday??? for Lap Band, I was a little confused, cause bypass usually on monday and some dates are into may already??? well, time to start making plans for my little man....oh, boy you don't know the paperwork that goes into that in itself, I hope I don't forget anything.

OOOOOOOOOOOOO baby , there it is!! After the sox games and during April vacation, so plenty of respite for your little man!! So very very excited for you, just 3 weeeks from my date, Ok then, here you go, the wait for the date, but taking care of yourself in a new and precious way.!! And the Red Sox won-does it get any better for you???? HONK HONK HONK!!!

Cheryl, Congratulations on the date! It may be "tentative" but it's a date nonetheless and something you've been striving for for quite a while. You'll find that time will now fly by and the day will be here before you know it.

We're all here for you and are anxiously awaiting your arrival to "the loser's bench" in earnest. Keep us posted.

the date is all set, she just called back. got Respite all set for my little man, now what??? oh, my... one week at a time, we've got too much going on. I'm a list person, and let me tell you I've got lists to make lists...thanks cheryl

That is awesome...you lucked out with a good date. I wonder why he is doing a lap band on Monday...probably since he is getting super busy. Or maybe it takes less time and he can get more in...who knows. I am sure my mom is gonna be jealous of your date since hers is in the middle fo May. Congrats!

Tanya, I think it would have been the week before but I told her I was going to be in Boston for a few days. and I asked why on a monday, and Chrystal said they had to move some things around and they were doing Lap bands on THAT monday. I don't know why?? I think she said something to do with the hospital.
