Hi Everyone! I'm home and have my band!! I did saty overnight at MMC. Which was a surprise, but that's ok, I'm Glad I stayed. I enjoyed the alone time. I'm experiencing some pain where the port is located, but not anywhere else. So, I'm thankful for that. I'll post pics of the incisions sometime next week. (Sooner if I get the energy.) I am still fairly sleepy. Probably due to the pain meds. All in all, things went great! Dr. Cobean did a fantastic job! Thanks again to all of you for your support and encouragement. You are all such a big help to me. (((((HUGS))))) BTW, I weighed in at 248 yesterday. So, to make my goal of weighing 200 or less by my b-day (AUG. 10th) I have 48 pounds to go. I'm so excited! Well, I just wanted to post a quick update so as not to leave you all wondering. I hope everyone is having a good day. I'll write again later. Bye 4 now. ~Julie~

Julie, Welcome to the losers bench! Glad you're home and the pain isn't to bad. It gets better everyday. How are you doing with getting in your liquid? Are you resting? When do you have to go back to work? I bet you'll be below 200 by August. ~dori~

Yay you're home!! So glad it all wnet well and so far so good. PHEW! Lots of honking around Maine yesterday, I for one am tired!!LOL Rest whenever you can your new life begins on the loser's bench!! I am right behind you!! hugs!!!!!!!!!!
