Chocolate and soda were my downfalls. Well I gave the soda up forever. Every now n then I will have one piece of sf chocolate, but very rarely. I have the pure protein bars I have maybe 3 a week and they are like a candy bar. I get the pure protein ones from walmart they have the lowest amount of sugar I could find and 20 grams of protein.

I don't really crave food at all still. I eat because I have to :-)

lol I have had such constipation that it is not a problem. My pcp explained why I went so well during my monthly and now back to the colace. Hormones are horrid buggers lol. Spiked progesterone levels slow your intestines down. When that level drops everything starts working properly again. OWOOOO I want to be through the change already . And without mood swings please.

Ditto to Kathy. I eat because I have to. I could care less if I ate right now. I do because I have minimum daily requirements. I'm never hungry and when I do eat I seem to eat too fast, too much or don't chew well enough and it sets very hard in my pouch. There are times I'll say to myself "I have to eat again?" while whining. Blows my mind that I can eat so little and be satisfied.
