have i read that some of you set monthly exercise goals? if so, what are they? time or distance? i'm feeling pretty good now and want to set a goal with you for the month of April. how do i join in on this?

you just count the minutes, usually 1000 min. a month but lots of girls go for more. so count everything, walking, situps... what ever is exercise... good luck.....so every week just write in how many you did that week and total so far...
