We went to my aunts.  There was a turkey, pork roast, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, big 'ol rolls, corn and cranberry sauce.  I had one slice of the pork roast and a small bit of the turkey (maybe a 1/4 cup total).  I had to save room for the sugar free strawberry cheese cake trifle I made.  I had about 1/4 cup of that. I was still hungry though...but didn't let myself have anything else.

Happy easter to everyone! My hubby made a spiral ham without the sugar glaze (just for me) and potatos, baby carrots and italian bread. No dessert for this holiday. It was very good and I didn't have to help with anything (even better). lol ~dori~
