So I am going to Easter dinner on Sunday and am on dessert.  I have never made any sf dessert before.  I was wondering if you guys have made any that were good?  I mentioned the sf pb pie (which I thought sounded good), but hubby scrunched his nose. Any ideas or recipes?

My mom makes this incredible sf jello pie, I don't have the recipe but I can get it for you.  It is awesome (she usually makes strawberry) The kids love it and ask for her to make it!

My husband makes me an apple pie with homemade crust and he uses Splenda and no one knows the difference. It is delish. There are a lot of things you can make and just change the sugar to Splenda. ~dori~

Have you tried Charlie's (from the main board) pumpkin fluff?  I put it in a graham cracker pie crust and it's fabulous.  Look under Holiday recipes and it's listed as Pumpking Fluff from Doris. Taste just like pumpkin pie!!!! http://www.wlsrecipe4life.com/Recipes.html1 ¾ Cup of Pumpkin which is ½ of a large can of pumpkin) (not pumpkin pie mix) 1 ¾ Cup of Pumpkin which is ½ of a large can of pumpkin) (not pumpkin pie mix) ¾ Cup Splenda Granular 1 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice 1 small container of whipped topping Mix together with a spatula now add 1 small container of whipped topping. ¾ Cup Splenda Granular 1 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice 1 small container of whipped topping Mix together with a spatula now add 1 small container of whipped topping.
