Great news! I'd call them to just confirm that they've received it and ask them for an estimate of how long it takes to process! I called Anthem about 6 times!!!

Lisa is right. Call them frequently. The more you call, the more determined they see you are. The idea that this waiting period will "give you time to loose more weight" is also good. Keep up the good work you've already established. It will be that much better for you come surgery time. We're all here for you and anxiously await more news. Take Care, Anne
