Wow Kathi, it's been less than a year too! You go girl!!! I have 63 more to go to goal. My dr. never did set a goal. My goal is 140 and anything less will be a bonus!

Thanks Lisa! Truthfully, I lost about 25 lbs pre-surgery. So it has been about a year. But I am counting it all!!
