I'm Irish and don't own a thing that is green. No wait, I have a spring coat that is dark olive green. I guess I'll get pinched a lot today. I hope it's on my butt.

"Top of the Mornin to of of ye!"      in other words....  HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!  With a screen name of Leprechaun, you'd think I was Irish....and you'd be right (My maiden name was Finley!)    Not only is this a day to celebrate all things Irish but it also happens to be my 24th Wedding Anniversary !!!!!    My husband proposed on March 17, 1980 and we were married (in St. Patrick's Church...mind you) on March 17, 1984! Our youngest son is also named Patrick !     As to whether I'm wearing anything green in color......the only thing that FITS is a pair of shamrock pierced earrings!        Will my husband and I "celebrate"? If we do, it will be later (as in maybe this weekend) as I have the day off from work but he does not get home until 7:00pm and finds that it's too late for him to eat a "rich" meal so......we'll wait and see what happens. I DID, however, get a beautiful card from him this morning.       The weather today is much the same as it was the day of the wedding. We'd had two large snow storms the week before and people were "questioning" my sanity for having the wedding at this time of year when we'd have out-of-town guests. When the day dawned bright, clear and almost snow free all I could say was "What can I say but....Luck of the Irish!" We had close to 100 guests come from out of town and they ALL showed up too. a few from Wisconsin and the rest from my husbands home state of Massachusetts!     So, once again HAPPY St. PATRICK'S DAY  to ALL of you ! Put a little bit of green food coloring in your protein shake and join in the fun!  Anne (Leprechaun)

Happy Anniversary !!! our's is right around the corner on April 2nd, we'll be married 31 years.  WE went on a cruise last year, and will again go next March, can't afford it every year.  This year we had an addition put on our Home (that's another story) plus next year my dgt. is getting married.  and she wants a nice carribean honeymoon instead of a big wedding. Geee I think I need another job. Sorry I keep rambling on about myself.  HOpe you have a great celebration even if it is next weekend.  Your husband must feel like he is married to another woman, you look so different.  to many more healthy years .......
