the weekend

Well, well, well, I made it through the weekend and lost 3 #, so I guess that is what it took to get this party started. I am at work now and hoepfully this will be enough to sustain me for the day without the munchies setiting in i have doubled my exercise, by splitting into 2 -20 minute sessions and that works for me.

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

HONK HONK HONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK HONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK HONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK May U have  the luck of the irish  for today  !!!WOW you have made it through the hardest part ! the first day.......... the second day.. IT is all gravy now girlfriend, and you are already starting to see the results.. HONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK HONKKKKKKKK ANd you have increased your cardio!! Awesome..  I am so inpsired, I am drinking   two protein shakes in your honor, a good time to keep my pouch  rested from all the new salad stuff I've tried, and keep  focused. HONKKKKKKKKKKK  For Kate!!  cant wait until the end of the week,  Keep your eye on the prize.... ,Good idea to take measurments, muscle weighs more and takes up less space,  and with all increased exercise, the muscle will build and thats what burns the fat.. wooo!! And its really nice to see 3 or 4 inches gone  , the times in between the scale.. smokinnnnnnnnnnnnn  ...............  Happy St. Patricks Day!!  May all your liquid have no LUMPS! and May the Blessings of each day be the Blessings you need the most...  scented Blessings Allicca
