i walked 2 miles today

i have been so nauseous and have also thrown up a few times. all i want to do is stay in bed. i can't wait for spring to get here. i'm so bored in my house and i've been in bed for 2 days.

so, i got up late this morning, let the dogs out and heard some spring birds. that's it i said to myself. put on some sneakers we're going for a walk and not complaining. i got my mp3 player and bundled up and said i'd be happy with 1 mile as i haven't exercised since surgery. well at the 1/2 mile mark i felt so good i kept going. made it to the 1 mile mark and turned around for home. i was pooped out when i got here but i felt really good about myself. i did it. no inhaler or anything. now if i can do that daily it would be great. i'm planning on walking with my bff tomorrow. she wants me to go back to curves but i know i won't use it during the summer as i love to be outside.

so, i'm honking my own horn. for someone with no energy i did it and it only took 40 minutes.

we've missed, you LIsa, glad you came to visit.  Feels so good to get some fresh air don't it.  I can't wait to clean my yard and my gardens.  My dgt just told us Friday night, she and her bf will be getting married next Aug. and want to get married here, small wedding, so all the more reason to really kick up my gardens,  ohhh, i'm so excited.  hope you start feeling better soon, have you figured out what is doing it yet?

oh, yes kate, beautiful Cheryl, and I"ve got almost a year and 1/2 to loose my weight, I"m not sure, since it will be bbq theme, with checkered table cloths, and daisies, what I will wear.  our neighbor has this huge grill pit and they cook a side of beef with pot. carrots, onions, aux juis (sp)  that is what we gonna have so we dont' have to bring all the food out and worry about mayonaise in salads.  sounds like I' got it all planned don't it, haha... I'm really anal

thanks cheryl. nothing to find out. dr. loggins said it's trial and error on what oscar wants. i named my pouch oscar. he's grouchy a lot lately. nothing seems to settle well. i just keep trying new things. i have taken summer's suggestion to get my protein from milk. that has helped a lot and it counts as a fluid also. i can't wait to rake. i have 4 acres of land and most of it is yard. it takes 4 hours to mow it with a push mower which i prefer cuz it's great exercise. it will be easier this year with less weight. now the snow is melting i'm finding lots of doggie bombs everywhere LOL.

Awww does Oscar need some TLC. So sorry you are having so much trouble it almost makes me feel guilty having no problems knock on wood. I am one that doesn't mind eating the same old thing so maybe that is why I haven't really tried a whole lot of different foods post op yet.. Hope you are feeling better soon.
