lumpy soup
Hi everyone,
As you have gathered, I am on liquids for the next coupld of weeks. I am having a bit of trouble gett ing the protein things, mixed to a palatable consistency. EG, my Unjury chicken soup is lumpy. Are there tricks to shaking, blending or stirry the protein powders to avoid these little demons?

Finally it moved!
I had the same problem and found (with suggestion from the main board) that if you mix the powder BEFORE adding it to hot stuff it does not lump up. You can use as little as 1/4 cup of water for a whole scoop of protein. It makes like a paste that mixes nicely. For coffe, tea and hot cocoa I mix it with 1/4 cup of soy milk (I can't do regular milk) then add the coffe or whatever to it. For soups I would either mix it with a little of the broth base from what you are using or if you are using a condensed soup what ever it is that you mix with it. Works like a charm!!!!
