Here is what I am up against. I am quite tired during the day still so I do my workouts in the morning so I am sure to get them in. House work has taken the farthest back burner  there could be. I am taking care of me and pushing my tool to do its job. Hubby isn't happy that I have let housework slide so I need to try combining the two. If you all have any suggestions I would totally appreciate it.

I love it! My mom has always teased me for doing exercise when doing other stuff, but every movement counts, trust me you'll feel the burn and the soreness..  LUnges while vacuming.. Lunge forward step back, re do all around,  squats while doing dishes, even if you have a dish washer do the squat not the bend.  start out by doing so many each time,  keep your back straight, your knees behind your feet,  I also use a laundry soap bottle, for triep presses.  I have a really bad back and If I didnt do these things to protect my back, I always pay the price after,  laundry you can do a big twist, spread your legs as far apart  as you can while standing,    then stretch both arms  same direction, to the right twice then to the left twice,  now you can do this with a pile or you can do it to and fro washer and dryer,  it tightens your core,  and stretches.  Window washing  get a small step of some sort, a ladder or chair, and go up and down more then necessary,  circle the windows one way to wash then the other way to wipe, Or use both arms at the same time  for double cardio. IT takes practice hehe.  have one day just do all glass stuff, tv  stoves windows,  computers etc. Do side ways squats  all through the house to your next project, OH and dont forget to put the oldies, or christian rock on to really kick it up a knoctch.. hehe see we are already burning calories picturing ourselves doing this.. hehe Leg extensions while cooking cutting up chopping stuff.  lift legs out to side , then do inner thigh lifts, stand one leg the other leg goes infront of the other heal extended. Sitting you can actually do sit ups in a chair, I have to every time my back flares up. and  theres a ton of way hands behind your head  lean opposite sides  of your knees, forward, a seated crunch , to make it a bit harder try lifting your opposite leg to meet your opposite elbow,    THIS ROCKS.. and its a great start to tighten the tummy up!  Also  lower ab- seated lift your legs straight out  point your toes, then have your heels meet . to draw a circle like . then try 1 leg each lift it off chair, so theres a space in between your leg and seat, (touch huh) you can hold the chair with your hands to support your back, now have your foot make a square in the air,   feel the burn.. nice glute work out if ya can get em up high enough.        oops  these are all sitting so  when your done  the housework oops sorry   These have helped me many times when I cant go to gym or my back acts up and cant do stuff,  so I dont lose muscle tone..  have fun.. cant wait to hear everyones ideas..  I'm doing my square in the air as I type. count them and set goals to work up to. you;ll be soo amazed to feel the burn and see the results! allicca
