It's a liquid-go for it!! I have to take another protein, and I have some Unjury Chicken soup that I am going to try for lunch. I think I am going to try the gazell twice a day for 20 minutes, that gives me 40 and what the goal is, I will see if breaking it up will give me the stamina I need. Thanks for the solidarity support of liquids only, you are too great!! hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honk honk honk. I know it is hard but you can do it I know you can. When I was on my liquid just before surgery I had to go to a b day party with my son and was surrounded by Girl Scout cookies. You do what you have to do. You want me to do liquids with ya I prefer them lol. If there is anything I can do to help you through just holler.

You guys, I am fine!! While i appreciate all the support, dont' do this if it isn't the right time and the right frame for you. It has beena tough day for me, not so great news that I have had to swallow and question my surgery timing(all finacial stuff) DH and I are trying to hash things out, I am trying to be fair and justify the expense at the expense of ...my family?? i am not so sure that makes sense to me. We have a 2500 deductible, I believe everything happens for a reason and because we have put this to the Lord, prayerfully, He will make known what he wants for me/us. I ahave another question for the board, too.... Love youa ll so much for honking me through this...
