I was just reading your profile yesterday. So sorry you have had such a rough time. I am Kathy and it is very nice to meet you. I had my gall bladder taken out almost a year ago and was worried they would not be able to do my surgery, but ended up just fine. I also had had two c sections.. Are you still seeing Dr Loggins?? The lady that was my room mate in the hospital had gone in for a RNY surgery and woke up having had the Lap Band. Dr Loggins said she had to much scar tissue for the RNY but  the lap band went fine. Best of wishes to you.

hey lindsay, so glad to hear from you. wish you were feeling better. please feel you can still come to the support groups too. whether you have surgery or not it's a great support system. i've had my surgery and find this room and the support groups very helpful. it's tough on this side too. hang in there. you'll make it. just give yourself the time you need to heal from this surgery and then you can work towards your rny.
