I tried fitday and calorieking and like thedailyplate the best by far!! Everything I have put in has come up and you can create "meals" so if you eat the same things on a regular basis like I do you just click once and it's added. Very easy to use and set up. Good luck!!

Taking accountability is the key to success, and you are doing that AWESOME! I found logging is so helpful! Keeping a little notebook in the kitchen on the counter is the way to go too. as everything that goes in write down first and it really helps to focus! and its like a little man on your shoulder.. I am still surprised at my food logs, at what I thought I had and what I actually had.. This is a tool that I feel will KEep the weight off, accountability NOt to just lose it. Its scarey sometimes and emotional but its the way to WIN! Dont get discouraged how long this process takes,you are already through a LOT of stages and its soo worth the results, this time is DIFFERENT this time its forever and forever is worth the wait, so lift your head up and smile, and no matter what that scale says YOur not alone! , they will work with you, to get you through each step.. I know how you feel, I gained muscle and I only lose about every 3 weeks if that.. and that scale doesnt move as fast as everyone elses. but we are allllllllllll different! I exercise a lot and and Lose differently. Focus on each accomplishment !
