Wow Ruth 39 down PRE OP HONKK 4 u 2!

Ruth I do believe by that pre op weight lost that you   deserve a few honks as well WOW that is sooooooooooo inspiring!!  39 pounds gone already!!   HONKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK  Everyone is melting away.. so many  approaching 100 post op too.. wow!!         Ruth you are doing so cool I just had to say  that is so incredible, the most lost at our center so far pre- op is 37  and thats including the liquid diet,  so   your  is extra  special, you have started early and  LOOK at the results!!              journey early!         Scented Blessings! Thanks to all of you for the support!      Can't say it's been easy but it sure is worth it!  Will be glad to have surgery though and know that I can KEEP it off!   That's always been my problem.  I can lose some, but it always comes back...and then some!!!!!   Thanks for the HONKS!!!!!!!!   HOOOONNNKKKKK   to all of you too!!!!  Keep it up!!!!!!!!!  I think we are ALL awesome!!!!!!!!

isn't it funny the things that we like hearing.  like not obeste anymore just overweight, and not longer a candidate for WLS, funny how our brains work.  I can't wait to be overweight....

Kate, your on my mind today as I start my day with a coffee w/scoop of protein.  I want to make it the whole day on just liquids.  I was surprised that Corinne didn't do that to mee too, maybe cause your date is all set and right around the corner.  I wanted to ask, is your insurance all approved too. if so your ready. to roll...what else beside protein shakes and water are you going to have?  have a good day.
