mind boggling
i was just surfing the before and after pictures here. my mind can't seem to wrap itself around the idea that will be me too and soon. my 20's are baggy and some of these women are in 2's, 4's etc. i am so excited it will be me one day. my goal is a 12 but from the looks of it that might be a high estimate. it's amazing what this surgery has done for so many. just blows my mind!
When I was pre-op I decided that I would be blissfully happy to get into a size 14 misses. I thought that was a long shot ... well, I sit here today in size 14 pants and a large shirt. Amazing! I'm not even 6 months out! I'm STILL blown away. Here's my own before and current (not an after yet! ;) ) I didn't realize that it was so noticable until Sheli pointed it out to me yesterday!
Thanks! I have to say I think he's even cuter now 7 months later! :) Here are some more recent ones if anyone is interested .... the password is "jake" if you need it!

glad to see your feeling better. boy we should have one of your parties for the group, too bad we are not all closer by.... you know LIsa, my starting weight was 233.5 at Loggins, I was 260 a few years ago, went down to 200 and after my hystorectomy started gaining again and I lost my fight, so I gave in for WLS. I refuse to go back to where I was. It was pathetic how lazy and how out of shape I was. I know I was an embarasment for my family. they never said anything but I couldnt keep up with them. That is where my full drawer of size 14 comes from. I havn't touched it. "YET"... keep up the good work Lisa, that size 12 is only a few month away...
