Corinne didn't sign off on me, I only lost 8 lbs. she wants 4 more,  I'm so mad at myself.

Don't beat yourself up over it. You'll do fine. It just wasn't "time" for you yet. I know how hard it is to wait for something you really want (especially where health is concerned) but you'll see that 4 pounds isn't an insurmountable amount and it WILL come off. "Good things come to those who wait" may seem like a well worn phrase but it DOES make sense...even if we can't see it at the time.  Your special day WILL come and it will mean that much more. We'll keep a place open for you on the loser's bench as you WILL be here before you know it! Anne

You now know what is not working-HAM-and what cn work-high protein.  You said yourself, you haven't been able to exercise so no worries.you will be able to do this.  You know how to lose, have done this over and over, when is your next appot? in 4 weeks, if you lose it quicker call her and get in any time yuou are at that goal. don't wait for the arbitrary 4 weeks, proactive!!  Now I have to put myu money where my mouth is and do it too.

I know, I know, I know I can do it, I know it will happen, I'm just sad and dissapointed today.  I'll get over it.  Geee I see woman who have gone a year going to different dr.'s and insurance problems.  this is minor.  Im just home alone, right now, and feeling sorry for myself and like you said kate, mad that I didn't exercise more, or cut out that damn ham, before I did.  WEll, I will get in before the 4 weeks, Buckle down time...  thanks guys

Cheryl,  You can do it!!  Things happen for a reason.  I truly believe that!  You will now be more determined to reach your goal, in no time at all!  We are all here for you!  Stay positive!

you'll do fine. keep your journal up and keep drinking your water. exercise as much as you can and those pesky 4 pounds will just melt away. hang in there.
