my damn scale S@#% the bed today again.  damn thing is so tempermental, and today of all days.  I go see Corinne tomorrow.  Should I fast all day?  hehe, j/k I won't do that.  or I should say I Couldn't do that.  ya'll have a great day.....

Good luck tomorrow.  My mom goes in the afternoon and is bummed that it will be after breakfast, am snack, lunch and lots of fluids.

tell her I said good luck.  I'm glad mine is in am, I have to make am appt. because of my little man, he comes home on bus after lunch and I have to be home.

You'll do just fine tomorrow! Stop worrying! And don't fast. Don't you watch the biggest loser??? If you cut way back you will gain. Just don't eat or drink anything before you weigh in...uh oh...that's fasting isn't it?? hee hee!

Can't wait t hear how you did...and what she said about how you did. i am sick to my stomach thinking about Friday and the what isfs...and I know better. It seems since I started exercising and lowering calories, I haven't budged...well 1 1/2-but nothing like...6 on vacation and 8 the month before that.  grrrrrr post quickly!!!
